We provide buffet style packages with 7 items for 50-75 guests (under Pickup Packages) and 11 item packages for 100 guests or more.
Our Classic American Menu
Our Classic American Menu is for 100 guests or more. You get all 11 items listed below starting at $19 per person. You can make changes and substitutions to any item on the menu with any entree found on our Substitutions Menu or on the International Menu. Some changes may incur a charge depending on the value of each item.
Classic American Menu @ $19 per person
1. Tossed Green Salad w/ Ranch Dressing
Fresh Iceberg and Romaine lettuce tossed with carrots, purple cabbage and cherry tomatoes served with Ranch dressing (Caesar salad also available upon request)
2. Pasta Salad
Colorful bowtie pasta, fresh basil, cucumbers, olives and green bell peppers tossed in a citrus Italian-pesto dressing
3. Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
Chunks of Russet potatoes mashed with garlic
4. Savory Pasta
Penne pasta in a sweet tomato and meat sauce cooked with tons of fresh basil
5. Rotisserie Chicken
Our special juicy and seasoned self basting chicken cooked in a rotisserie oven
6. Shrimp Fettuccine
Creamy fettuccine Alfredo tossed w/ shrimp & fresh basil
7. Roast Beef with Gravy
Slow oven-baked USDA-approved roast beef slices with our own signature brown gravy
8. Fresh Steamed Vegetables
Steamed broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and carrots
9. Pork Ribs
Pork cutlets smothered in a sweet and bold barbeque sauce
10. Baked Ham
Ham slices topped with a cinnamon, clove and pineapple glaze sauce
