Our Menus
We provide buffet style packages with 7 items for 50-75 guests (under Pickup Packages) and 11 item packages for 100 guests or more.
Our International Menu
Our International Menu is for 100 guests or more. You get all 11 items listed below starting at $19 per person, including the Whole Roasted Lechon. You can make changes and substitutions to any item on the menu with any entree found on our Substitutions Menu or on the Classic American Menu. Some changes may incur a charge depending on the value of each item.
International Menu @ $19 per person
1. Tossed Green Salad w/ Ranch Dressing
Fresh Iceberg and Romaine lettuce tossed with carrots, purple cabbage and cherry tomatoes served with Ranch dressing (Caesar salad also available upon request)
2. Rice
White steamed calrose grain rice
3. Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
Chunks of Russet potatoes mashed with garlic
4. Savory Pasta OR Shrimp Fettuccine
Penne pasta in a sweet tomato and meat sauce cooked with tons of fresh basil
OR
Creamy fettuccine alfredo tossed with shrimp and fresh basil
5. Roast Beef with Gravy
Slow oven-baked USDA-approved roast beef slices with our own signature brown gravy
6. Rotisserie Chicken
Our special juicy and seasoned self basting chicken cooked in a rotisserie oven
7. Pancit
Combination canton and rice noodles with seasoned pork sautéed with fresh vegetables. Can be made with shredded chicken, tofu or vegetarian. Gluten Free option also available.
8. Menudo
Delicious tomato pork stew with potato chunks, red bell peppers and peas
9. Pakbet OR Fresh Lumpia Vegetables
Combination of fresh string beans, okra, eggplant,bitter melon and calabasa squash sautéed with shrimp-paste and seasoned pork
OR
"Naked" unwrapped 5-way mixed vegetable filling w/cabbage, jicama and seasoned ground pork. Served with a sweet peanut and garlic topping sauce on the side. *Can also be made with ground turkey or tofu. Sauce contains peanuts.
10. Pork Ribs
Pork cutlets smothered in a sweet and bold barbeque sauce
11.Whole Roasted Pig (Lechon)
A slow roasted and marinated rub USDA-approved whole Lechon served with our house made recipe sarsa.

Our Delivery Service Charge includes all the heating dishes, heating fuel and serving utensils for the food only.

–Areas within a 20 mile radius from Vallejo = $225
–Areas within a 21-35 mile radius from Vallejo = $275
–Areas within a 35-45 mile radius form Vallejo = $300
–Areas outside 45 radius = $325
–Additional charges apply to orders over 225 guests
