What is the best way to contact you and how do I make a reservation?
The best way to reach us is via email or you may complete the Contact Form on our website with details of your event. We do not take orders over the phone.
Once you submit your Contact Form, we will send you a price quote within 2-3 business days of receipt.
After finalizing your menu and providing details of your event, we will send you the Contract and Invoice and require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The balance is due 2 days prior to your event.
Can I come to your office and place an order?
All orders must be done over email. Our office hours are by appointment only and due to our busy schedule, we often cannot accommodate drop-ins.
What do your services include?
We specialize in buffet style/self-serving dining. Your food will be provided in our metal chafing dishes and will include serving utensils and heating fuel. We will deliver and setup your food prior to the start of your event. Our setup time is generally 15-20 minutes but require an hour to steam up your food in our chafing dishes. We will return towards the end of your event and pickup our equipment. Delivery services are available with a package of 50 people or more. A la carte orders must be picked up at our facility in Vallejo.
Can I pick up my food instead?
Yes, you may pick up your food at our catering facility at 616 Nebraska St. in Vallejo. However, orders for 100 people or more are only available for delivery.
How far in advance must I make a reservation?
Our schedule does fill up quickly so early reservations are highly recommended. During the busier months (Graduation Season and the Holidays), we recommend at least 2-3 months in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Credit Card over the phone.
What areas do you deliver to?
Our normal service area includes cities within 60 miles from Vallejo. Inquire for any areas outside a 60-mile radius.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, we offer sample packages by appointment only. Appointments are held on Saturdays only between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. The cost is $30.
Do you offer vegan or vegetarian options?
Some of our dishes can be made vegan or vegetarian and also Gluten Free. Inquire for a list of entrees.
Do you offer desserts or appetizers?
No, we do not offer desserts or appetizers.
