Chef Rafael, known as Rafael Cortez is best known for his talents.  He has been a chef for 24 years.  His passion is cooking.  He attended culinary school in New York, NY.   He has worked for Holiday Inn World Wide, Sheraton Hotel's, and Private Country Clubs. He has earned certificates and awards for his talent.  He strives to make every client as happy and content as possible.  Chef Rafael believes in doing an outstanding job for you and your guest.  He believes that customer satisfaction is the key to success.

We are a family owned catering service that comes to you.  Chef Rafael and his wife, Diana are your personalized cateriers.  Ask us about our banquet rooms.  We cater to your needs.  Wheather your occasion is outside or inside, we are there.  We offer a variety of buffet menus from Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to Special occasion and Private Dinners.  We are a licensed catering service that you will truly enjoy.  Visit us at 1220 Main Street and have lunch with us.  Rafael's Restaurant is open from 10am-2pm Monday-Friday.  Evening is by reservation only.  Call us or come by and see us.  We thank you in advance.
